Refund & Exchange Policy
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
- Here at Verified Wigs we do NOT offer refunds; however, we are happy to accept a 1 time exchange on any wig(s) that are unworn, unaltered, unprocessed, unpicked, uncut in anyway or form, and with all security ribbons and labels intact.
- Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. Note: you will have to pay the price difference for selected items of greater value. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PERMITTED.
WHEN DOING EXCHANGE
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 calendar days from receiving your unit. Any request after 3 calendar days will NOT be accepted.
- Make sure you mail your returns to us within 14 days of receipt. A return sheet will be enclosed in your package with the return mailing address as well as an exchange form for you to identify which item you would like to replaced.. Fill out this form by highlighting the item you wish to exchange (permitted it is in stock).
- That shipping cost will not be covered by Verified Wigs. You will be solely responsible for your own shipping expenses as well as the entire shipping process.
- We highly recommend that you use your local post office with a signed-for-delivery service, as well as a tracking number so you may follow your return. Email us at verifiedwigs@gmail.com with the return item’s tracking number so that we can verify that you have sent the package within the 14 days given.
- We are unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of purchase and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
- Once your product has been received it will be thoroughly inspected. After examination of returned unit, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether we have approved.
We take pride in our Verified Wig units; however, returns that are damaged, soiled, worn, cut, picked, combed, processed or altered will NOT be accepted, and will be sent back to customer without an exchange.
ACCORDING TO FEDERAL LAW, human hair products that have been worn cannot be returned. We follow these strict policies with respect to hygiene concerns and federal law. Therefore, all returns must be in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Please note that perming, coloring, rinsing, lifting, cutting the hair off the weft, processing the hair or removal of security ribbons and label voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.
