Refund policy

THE VERIFIED WIG REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

- Sometimes the wig fit isn’t right or you might see something else on our site you may want instead, here at Verified Wigs we do not offer refund but are happy to accept exchanges on any wig/s that’s unworn, unaltered, unprocessed, unpicked, uncut in anyway or form, with all security ribbons and labels intact.

WHEN DOING EXCHANGE

- Exchange request must be made within 3 calendar days from receiving your Verified Wig unit, any request after 3 calendar day will NOT be accepted.

-Make sure you mail your returns to us within 14 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced. Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or style (permitted it is in stock)

-Luckily, our return instructions on the return sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. We will send to you at no extra charge. We offer 1 exchange for every item.

-We take pride in our Verified Wig units, so any wig returned should be new, unused and with all our security tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soil, worn, cut, picked, comb, processed or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.

-According to Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We follow these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, rinsing, lifting, cutting the hair off the weft, processing the hair or removal of security ribbons and label voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.

-Any Verified Wigs that is receive without any of the following request will be returned to client without an exchange

-Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. Note: products can be exchanged for other products of a greater value, and in this case, customers wishing to do so will have to pay the price difference. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PERMITTED.

-You must send the product back to us to process the exchange.

-To process an exchange, you have to send unwanted product back using our preaddressed labels.

-Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original and resalable condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.
Unfortunately, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL NO refund or exchange available.

-It is important to note that shipping costs are NOT covered by Verified Wigs when sent back, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

-Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

-Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return.

-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.


LATE RETURNS:

-We are unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of purchase and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return.
